Hello

I believe that how you live matters just as much as what you know.

Long before etiquette became a business or a brand, it was a way of understanding the world—how people move, communicate, gather, and lead. Over time, I came to see etiquette not as a rigid set of rules, but as a form of embodied leadership: the quiet confidence that grows from order, presence, and self-respect.

That belief sits at the heart of my work.

My Story

I am an etiquette consultant, educator, and speaker who has spent years working with women, students, and institutions across educational, nonprofit, and organizational spaces.

Through workshops, speaking engagements, and leadership development programs, I began to notice something consistent.

Many women who lead already know what excellence looks like.
What they struggle with is sustaining it—without becoming rigid, overwhelmed, or exhausted.

They desire:

Confidence without performance
Structure without harsh discipline
Elegance without pretense

My work exists to meet that desire with clarity and care.

What Guides My Work

At Flemming Academy, etiquette is not about appearances alone.
It is about alignment.

I help women cultivate three foundational practices:

Order — personal standards and supportive systems that create peace and stability.

Presence — grounded confidence in social, professional, and everyday environments.

Intentional Living — rhythms and decisions that sustain both excellence and rest.

This work is not about becoming someone else.
It is about living in integrity with who you already are becoming.

For me, that journey is deeply rooted in honoring the dignity and femininity that God placed within every woman—living with grace, strength, and self-respect.

How I Serve

My work is offered through two complementary pathways.

The Woman Lane

Direct-to-woman offerings designed to support consistency, calm confidence, and everyday elegance.

This includes:

• My book, Dining Etiquette Simplified
• Online learning experiences
• Reflection-based resources

These offerings are designed to move women from inspiration to embodiment at a sustainable pace.

The Institution Lane

Workshops and speaking engagements for:

• Colleges and universities
• Nonprofit and faith-based organizations
• Workforce and leadership programs
• Corporate and professional environments

These engagements focus on professional presence, civility, communication, and emotional intelligence while supporting the broader mission of the Academy.

A Note on Respect Your Royalty™

Respect Your Royalty™ is a phrase woven throughout my work as a reminder that dignity is not something you earn—it is something you honor.

You may see it expressed through imagery, language, or apparel as a quiet affirmation of identity. It is not a trend or performance, but a reflection of the belief that every woman carries inherent worth.

An Invitation

If you are a woman who values excellence but desires more ease…
If you are ready to live with intention rather than pressure…
If you believe confidence should feel grounded, not loud…

You are in the right place.

I’m glad you’re here.
